Can we drop a top rated blog widget in our Dashboard page?

We didn't see any facility to do this. We find it a bit important as it is one of the way to show our active blog posters some way of compliment for the continued contribution in the website. Hence, we created a Free Plugin 'Top Rated Blog Widget' which will be shown in the Dashboard page. This way our blog posters will feel they are popular :) and will continue to be active in our website and on the other hand the rest of the members will be encouraged to write meaningful blogs to be rated and be seen in the widget. Seeing their name listed in the Important List is great and wonderful feeling they will surely love thus we keep them in our website, no members lost :).
