hi im having trouble with this

Need to update plugin DB. in adminand this is result im getting

The requested URL /ncn/ow_install/ow_updates/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

also im having trouble with front page layout see attachment.

Did you upload and unpack beta4 in your site root directory?
