I have looked everywhere, but i cant figure out the internal PM system of Oxwall. Top right is a "mailbox" button, but theres no option for sending mails on that page, where do send PMs, and can I send PMs to groups?

You need to view the profile of the user you want to send a PM to and you should see (so long as you have the permission) to send private message, you can't "address" it simply from your inbox. You can only send PM's to individuals, but I would search the store to see the mailbox plugins...
