Yes, user can see his own wall and wall of people which he follows for on his dashboard only.
On site index there are all site's activity in newsfeed :)

Thx Addenster it's ok :), but i have a last question.
For example, can i block my wall if a user is not my friend like facebook because he can look my profile and my wall...
