Hi, I live in Wisconsin, USA and I just wondering if I want to open and online store in my oxwall site do I need any license from the state or government before I can open an online store?

to the best of my knowledge you do not. You do need to file taxes on your earnings however. Best way to do this is to just use paypal. Paypal will send you a ?1099c? form at the end of the year and you can bring that to whoever does your taxes. 9 times out of 10 you don't need a business license unless you will have in facility employees and even then you have to have so many before no longer being able to 1099 everyone.
A 1099 is the form you fill out for taxes. It states that your an independent contractor and that you earned money without taxes being taken out. At the end of the year you will claim all your expenses then they will subtract that from your earnings and then tax you for the left over amount.
Again this should be double checked but to my knowledge you are fine to operate without a business license.
