Nothing works, no remember inactivity, no avatar disappeared and no add friends

1) Have you installed your plugin correctly? uninstall and reinstall once.
2) Does your cron works? This is the problem for 99% users.
This plugin does not do al by its own. It sends reminder to all users. I believe you have understood the purpose of the plugin.

1) I've done it, I uninstalled and reinstalled ... but still the same
2) I'm not advanced webmaster, and do not want to say that cron works

If your cron does not work, you can not basically use Oxwall itself. Cron is required to run for oxwall to work properly.
Its a basic requirement of Oxwall and you can easily set it up in less than 5 minutes. Your host also can support you on this.
