do you have the tinymce plug in i think it is called that, i know that plug in caused this issue

Oh thanks very much, i deactivated the plug in and no more error code, work fine.
(2) Pls how can i make new users to register on my site with phone number without having email adress just like facebook?
and how to edit the email on the profile question to set it not required and add the phone number to be used instead of email as optional?
