i cant get into my admin panel .it is saying parse error. so does the users in my site.I was out of station for 4 months and when i came to check ,this is what is happening to my site.Help?

Solved.
Issue was caused by following script that was added into the index.php:
script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
