smtp config.. css editing[Answered] | Forum

Good morning,

i just installed your sw on my server.

Installation went ok, and has i tryed to configure the smtp sttings according my mail host on test connection it gave me ok, but no mail has been sent since.

Could you please check? Any help would be appreciated.

Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com
Port: 465 
Require SSL: Yes
Require Authentication: Yes

also, while configuring the css from backpanel it didnt pick up the changes i made..

Had to do it from editing the css file.

good morning to all and happy new year!!!!!

i really need help on this one...

the webpage is totally unfunctional has users do not receive emails ( they cant even activate accounts)

i checked cron and is well setup

tried enable smtp with gmail and zoho mail and nothing works, not emails notifications are sent.

also tried disabling smtp and doesnt work

could anyone give me some help please

try sending out a mass mail and check if it is sent

try contacting your hosting provider and tell them your cron is not working

no host provider dedicated server ( im the provider)

besides cron is working fine on other apps i have on the server
