Is there a way of letting a certain Role or Roles administer all groups,
instead of the whole, group creater is also the only one that can change
the layout of the group?

I have a gaming community site, on which I have a couple of administrators, to help me maintain the page.
I would like to know if there is a way, that one of my admins can create a group, and then another admin could be allowed to correct the group page setup/content..?
