there is no option for email change,
if someone change or forget his email password and want to change the email, they can not change.
There should be an option to change the email.
We admin can do it from SQL Database but for user there should be an option.

A member can change their email from the dashboard - profile edit.
If someone changes their email address they log into the site and change it in Dashboard-profile edit.
If they forgot their password they request it using the "forgot password" link.
If the email is no longer available AND they forgot their password then that is just bad management on their part. You CAN change it via database but you MUST be sure the person you are talking to is the account owner.
If you allow members to change their email WITHOUT being logged in that is just going to be a hacker's heaven!
So, if they forgot the password and the email they used is no longer available and you don't know who they are... They just need to make a new account. If you do know them, change the email in the database!
(If they know the email address they registered onto the site with there is a way you can change their password in the database. Personally, if you don't know the person... I would just leave it)

But password change option or reset option shall be available for the admin,as admin can do it from database ,why not from the website?
And issue about the member or user security is not your problem,it is the problem of site admin and the user, if site admin doesn't secure the website then surely user will delete the profile and leave the website.
Profile Edit and password change shall be available on website, as SQL server can easily edit it for admin.
