After searching the forum I don't think this is possible but if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle this...
I'm testing this script as a Musician / Fan site. I want users, on signup, to choose musician or fan. Musicians can post video, start groups, create photo albums, post events, etc. Fans can basically view everything.
I know how to set up those roles and permissions. What I'm wondering is:
- can those roles and permissions can be set on signup, or
- will I have to go into admin and physically change the roles on each signup
- would this involve major recoding
How would you handle this?
