v 1.6 Mobile Site Question - Oxwall.org vs Wall.fm OR ........ | Forum

is the new v 1.6 release on Oxwall simply a testing ground for Wall.fm?

It seems to me that the recent release of 1.6 is really just a test.

I was just checking on wall.fm what kind of feature set they were offering and whether a mobile version was available to them.  It seems not.

It clearly shows the Wall.fm roadmap listing the Mobile feature as "In Test".

Here's a screenshot:

Is this something to be concerned about?  I mean if it's not good enough to be part of Wall.fm, then why has it been released on Oxwall.org?

Just because we download Oxwall for free, doesn't mean that it's free for the people running social networks.  I mean some of us pay good money in the store for plugins and extra features, not to mention the time it takes to set everything up.

I understand that wall.fm is a paying service, but like I said...even on Oxwall.org you pay indirectly.

So I'm a little concerned, and would LOVE an explanation from someone at Oxwall.

Kind regards.

Guys, as far as I know Wall.fm service has been updated once Oxwall 1.6.0 beta was published. Seems they simply forgot to modify their roadmap. Wall.fm service uses the same platform and plugins versions as Oxwall package.
