i have a problem after update to 1.6
my side bar is screwed up in explorer but shows up good in chrome and firefox
also in edit index the side bar has dropped to way way down have to scroll for long time to even find it

I have the same issue but my sidebar on one site doesn't show at all in chrome I don't understand why they messed up the css in this update

i think the ccs for sidebar is in the theme

yes it is but when editing pages css is what is messed up which is why things look out of place css is what controls that and they messed it up it seems which is why some of us are having issues with explorer sidebar and others with chrome and so on

Then maybe it depend on which theme you are using?
Are the users that have trouble using 1.6 compatible themes?
If not try temporarily changing to a 1.6 compatible theme and see if the problem goes away.
the theme is updated to 1.6
mobile and just about everything else works

We have fixed this in our themes. Updated ones were uploaded to Store.
