Users can now send email to themselves and their friends (users can stay unknown)
added an option for admins which can change cronjob time as they wish(reasonable time is 8 hours)
Plugin just tested on Oxwall 1.6,let me know if it works on other version too.

Add an option for admin to choose if users can send letters to their friends or not.
Add an option for admin to allow if a user can upload an image or not
Add an option for admin to restrict user with username(ban users from sending letters)
Add an option for admin to limit number of letters a user can send
List top users who sent out letters for admin
Add an option for users to choose if they want sent letters anonymously
Support for Persian(Shamsi) calendar dropped
This plugin works on 1.7 series only
This plugin will just receive bugfixes and support for future version of Oxwall, no more new feature will be included
Plugin is fully rewritten and have good coding style and developers are free to add features to this plugin and submit their own
