Hello I have a problem 

buy the plugin: Google Maps Location

the payment was made to my credit card but the download is not available in my area purchases..

contact the supplier of the plugin twice but does not answer my messages!

send you the receipt of paypal to prove my purchase and still does not provide me the plugin! 

anyone know that I do to fix this!
