Is this only one way to make it?
I don`t want to have "dashboard" in menu on top because there is the link to dashbord with "house" icon.
And what about facebook connect?

The first menu item is the "home page" so to set what home page you want you make it FIRST! This is how I understand it so it looks like the only way to do it without clever coding!
