New spammer MO gets through everything Oxwall has (that I can see).  User registers and fills out their user thingie with data pertaining to the theme of the site and looks valid so they get approved.   Then they activate.  Then they email every user on the site about what a nice girl they are etc... It is good that they emailed the admin account as well <snicker>.  

So is there any way to limit the number of messages that new users can send or anything?  (Yes, I blocked that class C range in cPanel)
