if I get you right,this plugin use cronjob at a specific time(every 24 hours). so really time management is not usable in this case

I have the code modification to run cron every 1 min, so it can be helpful. Its easy to set if its need

hmm,plugin have it own time(which is 24 hours) to run cronjobs.but it's possible to add an option in admin area,I guess

Main idea of this plugin is that user can communicate with the him/herself in future.
I even didn't add the feature to edit the letter(because that's the beauty)
I'll add reasonble suggestion in this direction to plugin
