How to have limited searches by users depending on their profiles, or roles to let see only same registered users role or profile and all the stuff related to them : (photo, videos etc...) r?

I believe you should use some search plugin from the store, but I doubt any of them has the abovementioned features by default, you will need to customize the code anyway.

I use the one from the store... it's way better than the oxwall one and I don't think you'll need to code it.
