can you please go to your database in phpmyadmin and check this table:
ow_base_component_place whether there's is BASE_CMP_UserListWidget on index page it should look like this: index-BASE_CMP_UserListWidget in the UnitName column of the table.

Everytime I login to the cpanel and click on phpmyadmin it logs me out, so I can't proceed. Fix this first
