My Admin Panel Says THEME UPDATE AVAILABLE. However There ISN'T Any Admin OPTION To UPDATE It. :--)

OK, I See That THEME UPDATES Are STILL ONLY DONE Using cPanel Or FTP. Thank U! :--)

You just need to enter FTP details, just like as for the plugin update. no need to enter your server via FTP if you do autoupdate.

YES, Whenever I CLICKED ON THE THEME, I Saw NO OPTION To Do That. NEXT Time, I'll STUDY If NEED BE. :--)
