Dear Emil,
I installed Contact Us plugin in http://mynet.funmx.com but that isn't working. I have tested it twice by uninstalling and reinstalling. Still not result.
I am unable to receive any email at given email address.
support@funmx.com is email address given behind this plugin.
Please review and let me know that where should I correct this issue?

mine is not working either

Ours isnt working either and we have crons we have member complaining they cant contact us

If yes:

1. Do you receive mass mailing or activity notification emails?
2. Check ow_base_mail in database. Does it contain any rows related to contact us plugin?
3. Do you use SMTP?

We had a mass email issue where it was sendig out 50 to 80 emails to random users all being the same email, our contact us button works when a member logs in but if we suspend an accont and a user wishes to contact us using the sign in page it doesnt send a emailand honestly i have no idea what you mean by smtp

Ignore the SMTP question.

When you are using contact us form as suspended user do you see CAPTCHA ?

 it brings up the box  but then redirects  back to the sigin in page when attempting to fill it out

Amber , any chance you can provide admin panel username and pass for us to test this issue?
