The options Make Sticky, Lock, Move and Delete do not work. When I click on them, nothing happens. I can't move or delete anything. please help! Thank you so much.

Frank, most likely the issue is within one of your third party plugins.
You will need to use any debug tool to troubleshoot your issue. For example: Firebug.
