Usually when you roll over them a tooltip pops up, however somehow on my site it doesnt, but it did before.
Im pretty sure it's conflicting JQuery, does anyone have a solution though?

I think that all Oxwall sites have this, on the IM system aswell as Profile and Message box in the header.

Not sure that all oxwall site has such problem. As I see you have customized your theme by yourself. And after customization, you have losed some javascript. Would you check what did you changed and roll back some changes?

Addenster, we had to do a full back due to the failure of upgrading the software. We used the very same theme before the upgrade and it worked. We're still using the same theme and it doesn't work. I also upgraded the theme and it STILL doesn't work.

As I said, I redownloaded it just like I was asked to do.
