you simply go to your admin privacy and permissions page, click on roles, then click on the text link for role management and you will see the option to show the role on the avatar.

Your welcome, also as a tip, please use the little camera icon to actually include your image in the post rather than have it is a download.  People do not like to download things to their computer and many of them will not even look at your image if attached in this manner. Which could mean it takes you longer to get support. So just include it instead so that they can see it within the post..
