hi, 2 things I noticed while building the site :
1. Images do not have a common storage when used in different plugins - when I upload an image in "Groups" and want the same image in "Forum" or for "Events" it does not show up but the system guides me back to my desktop folder ... if a few hundred members make this with several images a day I will soon have to buy my hoster and not just a webspace
2. How can I cancel the conversation on the wall after maybe 6 weeks or 2 months ? usually noone ever scrolls back so far and because there are blogs and forum and groups so longer or more important contents will be stored there. I do not want to waste server space for such unneeded content ..

as to the second - do you want to delete all newsfeed activity notification 6 week old or something specific?

you can do that manually by deleting rows in the ow_newsfeed_activity table.
Look at the timestamp column. Use this online timestamp converter to find out the right period of time: http://www.onlineconversion.com/unix_time.htm
