I have been asked if there is any way the admin of a Group can remove a member they don't want in that group. Perhaps I am missing something, but I can not find a way to remove unwanted users from a Group.

Rick, open your group as group creator>>click on "View all" in "Users" widget>>hover the mouse over needed user>>you will get "Delete" button:

Just to confirm, that Delete action remove the user from the Group or from the website?

I only want the ability to remove a member from a group...not from the entire website.
