Is it possible for urls to have alias ? | Forum

Default installation have forum posts as forum/topic/2  forum/topic/1...
Similar format occurs for blog or video/photos...


Is there a way to define a url alias for different site sections like forum posts will take forms such as forum/topic/xyz topic title...
