Miroslav, it's possible, but it requires a complicated code modification. You will need to rewrite the platform structure this way which will allow you to add users' components from the Profile View page to the left side for all site pages and show the content of the user who is currently browsing the page. It's quite complicate and we suggest that you reconsider this idea and find easier way to achieve the needed site appearance. We suggest that you simply played with the Sidebar panel.
