So remove plugin you still see scroll bars ?

I am on my phone so I dont know exact directory is somthing like Ow system plugins/base/     compontents or controlers look for sign in html    try replace the file from original by ftp  you should not have scroll bars

:-( with the plugin update the problem is back again.
