Hi Team,

I believe I have already report this once. But now, this issue is occuring often and many contact me that their licenses are missing and not able to do the update. In recent time, many users are having this issue.

I am sure I don't remove licenses for those.

What's the suggestion on this?

Hello Purus,

Contact moderation with this. Include all client's site login details and license key. They will test it manually.
