Hi,

We re having problem connecting to www.verdurez.com.

The error message is: The connection has timed out

The server at www.verdurez.com is taking too long to respond.

Screenshot of error message attached.

The website was fine till last night, we are experiencing the problem since this morning.

I have checked the server status with my hosting company and everything is okay at that end. I am able to send and receive emails as well.

Can someone please help?

I'm sorry but it has nothing to do with the software. You wrote the problem yourself "The server at www.verdurez.com is taking too long to respond." You need to contact your hosting company again

When i had that problem it was becasue i had too many people logged into my website at the same time. I was on the cheapest package and had to upgrade to a better hosting package.

I beleive the actual response was I needed morte entry proceses.

Hi - I just saw messages from Shaun and Ross when I logged in just now (although I have ticked the 'subscribe to new posts' I didn't get any in email).

Thank you. Yes, the website is up and running. The problem was due to Cloudflare which I have now disabled.
