Would it be possible for you guys to add the ability to tag users in photo's with this plugin?

For example, if I upload a photo that has 3 people in that photo - and 2 of my friends and myself are the ones in that photo, I'd be able to tag each person in the photo and place their name to depict the person in that photo...

Pretty much like how facebook does it...and notifications would be received to the individual who was tagged in a photo.

I know there is a plugin out there already that supports this: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/682

However, if I buy that plugin, more or less it will not work with this plugin and I don't want to spend another $20 just for this feature.

Is this possible to include in this plugin?  Or at least, if I purchase that other plugin from the store will it work with this plugin if I have this plugin already?
