Im not sure is it just me or its a common problem .. i copy past a youtube link and try and post it to newsfeed and does not seem to work it generates thumb but when i click send does not seem to work ...am i missing something ?

if you want the video to play right in the newsfeed, you need to attach video not just copy/past the embed code in the newsfeed

no i cant seem to even embed it this is what happends on my test site ...it just sits there :/

Contact your hosting provider and request to disable mod_security module on your server

hmmm..i had to comment out #Options +FollowSymLinks for the site to actually work could it be why ?

I'm sorry I don't understand, no need to comment out anything in .htaccess. see my previous post

I have the same problem as Sean.
No webadmin will disable mod_security module.
Is there any other way to embed videos on posts ?
