Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there is a simple way to affect roles automatically from a profile question? For example I have a question called "Level", and so everyone answering level 4 to 8 would be affected a specific role. This role would change automatically when the person is changing her level. If it's not simple to do, can you please at least point me to the files that would need change?

Kali, this can not be achieved easily. You will need to edit a lot of core files and I can't specify which ones exactly. We do have a plugin up in the store that allows to assign certain user role based on selected account type. You might want to check it out.
Please note that account types can not be edited by users after registration is over.
