since i updated to 1.6  delete user has problems and i get 500 error
it seams to be with photo plugin 
if a user has no photos on click delete user in admin works fine
and login as user and delete the profile works fine
but if the user has say 2 photos 
on click delete in admin i get 500 error
click go back in browser and delete again 500 error
click go back in browser and delete again and works 
same for logged in users have to login 3 times and click delete profile 

if the user has 10 photos it becomes a painful process to delete them
