How to i edit the menu item in a theme for that says photo and link it to show the user photoalbum

The closest thing I can think of for you is use of this plugin at http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/727 All photos will remain in actual Albums when visiting via the Photos tab at Navigation Menu, also allows for categorizing, further it creates endless pages, sort of like TumblR if that is your familiar with there services at all..
