some one users on my site having the problem with ajax chat plugin

they have chat(null) over the chat icon and can not chat with any one. please help with this.

please install the latest version of chat plugin from store ,if it shows error wen upload it from admin area ,try FTP and add it to plug ins folder and come back in admin area and install it :)
