My site is at 1.2.2. I have not yet received an autoupdate notification to 1.2.3
Cron is apparently working, online users and offline users changing regularly.
email notifications are working.
Allow_url_fopen is on.
I have not received any cron errors from my host.
I don't want to manually update for the fear that auto update will never work. I would rather have it working.
What can the problem be?

I have also noticed that I cannot seem to save javascript into a custom html box.
Normal text works a treat but anything
"scripty" doesnt seem to be liked.
I can enter plain text into a custom box and it saves fine. Once html components are entered, like a custom javascript, it sits forever on the save. I need to "x" out to cancel.
I have even tried to add the text via the db but still it doesn't show.
Also I have a development site on 1.2.1 and it is also not looking to update to 1.2.3.
This could be a host issue. What would I need to ask them?

Update from the host.
php_url_include was turned OFF
php_url_fopen was turned OFF
safe_mode was turned ON
posix_getpwuid,posix_getpwnam,exec,shell_exec functions were DISABLED
I noticed include and fopen are now on. Safemode is off. Still waiting on confirmation they are undoing any changes made in the last month.
