Paypal supports the creation of a free paypal donate button, they even have a balance plugin in the developers corner. Is there a way to use this excellent plugin with a free payment processor like that. I don't like the idea of needing to pay monthly to use a service that otherwise is free (referring to icepay vs paypal). Especcially for non commercial communitys !

It might be an idea to make this crowdfunding project not only about sourcing funds....how about giving the project starter the possibility to choose for...whishlist of goods or services/hours of labour. In this way strenghtening especcially smaller communities through more personal donations than money alone.
