I have updated the the latest edition and the navigation menu has appeared partway down the page on the right hand side. Ref image.

HI
- enable DEV_MODE in ow_includes/config.php file
- press F5 on any site's page.
- disable DEV_MODE
It should help

Thank you Addenstar, do I change this to true from false?
Also, I have an IMac so what would be the same as F5?

Sadly, this did not work. The page displays OK with Firefox but not Google Chrome. The command did nothing in either browser and when I choose to view page with developers tools in Google Chrome I get the following message as per attachment.

It may have something to do with this report that mentions the CSS should be in the "head" section not the "body" maybe?

Just test your site http://network.gypsycobweb.com/ and didn't find such issue. Would you clear browser's cache and try again?
