Looks loke you put them in the Oxwall directory. See item 2 here:

Juan, John provided you with the right directions for the external pages. Local pages which you create in the admin panel are not stored on the server. They are stored in the database, and the content of the pages is stored in the language section. You can find it in keys: www.yourdomain.com/dev-tools/languages the keyword is local_page.
