I tried to enter forum content manually(sql tables) after that I cant see fully forum features in my installation

then i tried to uninstall forum plugin

I got the following error

In progress

Please wait while all forum content is being removed. This make take awhile depending on the number of forum posts on your site.

i have waited for long time .but it is still in progress is it a bug?
