Can the community create a "complete package installation"? The current installation scripts does not allow me to install because it requires "cPanel" which is not allowed in my environment. I don't have internet connection, only intranet.

Actually the Cpanel is not as necessary. You can do that with FTP if you have a DB already created or you have SSH access.
What do you mean by complete package installation?
