Hello,

I'm not sure where to contact support for this plugin, but it seems there is a glitch. I was testing my site and sent a "Report Abuse" notice to myself. I received the notice in my site mailbox and all seemed well. Then, when I tried to delete it (several times I may add), the mail would not delete. Also, now I constantly have a "1" that appears in my mailbox. I tried deactivating the plugin, and reactivating it, yet to no avail. Can you please look into this?

Laura, there's no glitch in the mailbox plugin, because there's no way you can send a message to yourself without any third-party plugin, in this case it is report abuse plugin.

It is a flaw in that plugin, which is why you will need to contact plugin developer directly and request a fix in order to avoid the same problem in the future.

You can delete the conversation via phpmyadmin in ow_mailbox_conversation table
