I updated my site and the mobile section is not in my admin panel, has this been removed?

No it's not, which means your update has not been successfully completed. Do it again by following the instructions http://docs.oxwall.org/install:update

Yeah I found it, but it's not where I expected, see image, also, my mobile version seems to have no theme, am I missing something? Cant add screen shot of that sorry

Again, the update has not been successfully completed, you will need to restore your backup if you have one and do it again, otherwise find a thread on the forum, where it shows how to downgrade software version and run the update process again.
