I think font size it's too big, I would like smaller font size, where I can do that? I tried editing some lines in the file /ow_plugins/ucarousel/static/styles.css without success.

You can change the font size in this file:
/ow_plugins/ucarousel/static/styles.css
And do not forget to set OW_DEV_MODE to true (ow_includes/config.php) to re-generate css cache, otherwise the changes will not be applied.
