I got Oxwall last Friday..got it installed (with help from my ISP's techs) on Saturday. It then ran great for over 2 days, and then late monday nite, crashed giving an error 500.
Now I had been editing some of the logo graphics and editors to give it the look I liked, and do not know if it could have caused the crash.
The bottom line is that the techs say they are washing their hands of this as it's is NOT a server issue, but a software issue, and they know nothing about Oxwall, and told me to go to Oxwall to get help. Well, I see how costly it is to get support for this "free" software. (I had even just bought the new facebook_go_dark theme I was going to install last nite when this happened), and am wondering if I should just give up.
Was also wondering if I should just re-install Oxwall and start over again. Apparently it has to be installed from the server (because when I ftp'd everything over it didn't work at all), so one of the techs installed it correctly and it worked great then. But now they say they have more important things to do leaving me totally in the lurch.
ANY ideas appreciated!
