Wordpress is a blogging software that is also open-source, meant for letting people start up their own blog; and with an un-modified version of WordPress installed you can easily see it just includes the features you'd expect for a blog. Any mods for social interaction or things like ecommerce are able to be added thanks to third-party developers making plugins for said software.
The same is for Oxwall. It comes with expected social networking/community website tools and features like Newsfeed, Chat, Groups, etc. And while the Blog plugin could use a bit more focus in the future, I believe having a huge WordPress inside Oxwall plugin would not only be a bit unusual to have, but it'd make no sense in terms of development for the software. If Oxwall was meant to be a software for simply social-based blogging, then it would make sense to have such a feature or tool available, but that's not what Oxwall is.
Developers however, can simply make a said plugin for this but I don't see how much of it would be useful really. The only useful thing WordPress related is having your Wordpress blog posts get posted to your Oxwall blog's instantly, and there already is a plugin that does that.
Until then though, if you're persistent on the idea, I recommend posting it at www.oxwall.uservoice.com
